By accessing or using the Service, including by joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
GrantRegister aggregates publicly available information about grant opportunities from federal, state, county, municipal, tribal, and private foundation sources and delivers summaries and links to these opportunities through our Service.
GrantRegister provides information only. We are not:
A grant writer or grant writing service
A grant application preparation or submission service
A financial advisor, fiduciary, or legal advisor
A lender, funder, or source of grant funding
An official representative of any government agency, foundation, or grantmaking entity
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or advisory services of any kind.
Grant eligibility requirements, application procedures, deadlines, funding amounts, and other program details are set by the issuing organizations and are subject to change at any time without notice. While we make good-faith efforts to keep information current and accurate, we do not guarantee:
The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the Service
That any grant listed will remain available or that any deadline or eligibility criterion shown is current
That a subscriber identified as potentially eligible will actually qualify for any grant
That any specific match, recommendation, or profile alignment represents a funding opportunity you will receive
You are solely responsible for verifying current eligibility requirements, deadlines, application procedures, and all other details directly with the issuing organization before applying for any grant. Reliance on information provided through the Service is at your own risk.
The Service is currently in pre-launch development. Joining our waitlist allows you to receive periodic updates from us and to be notified when the Service becomes available. Waitlist members receive no guaranteed pricing, feature set, or launch timeline. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Service, its features, or its availability at any time.
When you provide information to GrantRegister (including your email address and organization type), you represent that:
The information is accurate and complete
You are authorized to provide the information
You are at least 18 years old or accessing the Service on behalf of an organization with the authority to do so
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your subscription.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Scrape, harvest, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written permission, except for your personal or internal organizational use of specific grant information
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or connected systems or networks
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding content sourced from third-party grant-issuing organizations, which remains the property of those organizations), is owned by GrantRegister, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal organizational purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
The Service contains links to and information sourced from third-party websites, including government portals, foundation databases, and grant-issuing organizations. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is governed by those sites terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GRANTREGISTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTREGISTER, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
ANY MISSED GRANT OPPORTUNITY, MISSED DEADLINE, INELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION, OR REJECTED APPLICATION
ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRANTREGISTERS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRANTREGISTER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantRegister, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from or related to:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right
Any grant application you submit or any grant-related decision you make, whether informed by the Service or otherwise
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Last Updated date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email to subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by unsubscribing from our emails and ceasing to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
