City of Rockville Flood Mitigation Assistance Program

Provides assistance for flood mitigation projects in Rockville. Provides up to 50% matching reimbursement funds for flood mitigation improvements to properties. Eligible practices include protection for windows, doors, utilities, basements, and home exteriors, as well as general protective equipment and flood-stoppage equipment. All improvements must have been installed after July 1, 2019, and must be completed before application submission. Applications are processed within two weeks and funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
