Caroline and Martin Gross Fellowship

Honors individuals for their extraordinary work in public service. Annual fellowship that provides a stipend to cover tuition, room and board for attendance at the three-week Senior Executives in State and Local Government seminar at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in June or July. Candidates must demonstrate highest standards of performance in public service, have experience in public service, capacity to benefit from the program, and desire to enhance public decision-making in New Hampshire.
