City of Gaithersburg RainScapes Reward Program

Provides rewards for rainscape installations in Gaithersburg. Rebate incentive program for installing stormwater management practices including rain barrels, cisterns, rain gardens, conservation landscaping, tree canopy, pavement removal, permeable pavers, and soil tests. Maximum rebate of $5,000 per residential property owner or not-for-profit. Individual practice rebates vary ($1/gallon for rain barrels/cisterns, $10/sq ft for rain gardens, $14/sq ft for permeable pavers, $6-7/sq ft for pavement removal and conservation landscaping, $150 per tree for tree canopy, $20 per soil test).
