Low-Income Weatherization Program, Multi-Family Housing Administrator, Multi-Family Energy Efficiency and Renewables

LIWP is an energy efficiency and renewable energy generation program administered by the Department of Community Services and Development (CSD). LIWP consists of several program components, including the Multi-Family Energy Efficiency and Renewables Component (Multi-Family Component), and is one of California’s Climate Investments funded by State Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds.
