Teaching Art Together Grant

Supports teachers in bringing professional teaching artists into Kentucky classrooms for one- to ten-day (four- to 40-class sessions) teaching artist residencies. Grant covers artist fees at $80 per hour/session (up to $320 per day). Artists must be selected from the Kentucky Arts Council's Teaching Artists Directory. Residencies may focus on specific artistic disciplines or cross-curricular pairings integrated with Kentucky Academic Standards. Maximum two applications per school/organization per fiscal year; maximum 40 days of residencies per artist per fiscal year.
