Organizations may request up to 30% of their total cash operating expenses from the most recently completed fiscal year, with a minimum organizational budget of $30,000. Requires a one-to-one cash match. Applicants must have demonstrated history of at least three years of Commission funding during the last five years in specified grant categories. Peer review occurs once every three years after initial two-year review period. Operating support is restricted to specific line items including salaries, benefits, professional fees, supplies, occupancy, equipment rental, printing, travel, and other non-personnel expenses.
