Provides support for stormwater facility maintenance in Annapolis. One-time maintenance assistance program for property owners with best management practices (BMPs) in need of maintenance. Supports 5-10 projects in first year through cost-share model with selected contractors. Scope 1 provides maintenance for registered BMPs; Scope 2 provides surveying/verification for unregistered BMPs to be added to City inventory and potentially reduce stormwater fees.
